Coordinator
MACH, a non-profit community school for
the arts working with handicapped and disadvantaged children
and teens, seeks bright, energetic individual for full-time
Program Coordinator position. Successful candidate must have
experience working in the arts and/or with youth and meet the
following job requirements:

Able to multi-task and set priorities in a
fast-paced environment
·
Strong oral and written communications skills.
·
Capable of interacting successfully with all
levels of individuals including other professionals, children
and parents.
·
Solid computer skills.
·
Independent worker.
·
Associates/Bachelors Degree or appropriate
experience required.
·
Teaching experience a plus.

looking for part-time, professional, qualified teaching instructors
in the following areas:
Music - private instrument instruction as well as small
groups- all types of instruments
Art - visual, graphic, and media arts
Dance - all styles
Performing Arts - Drama, Improvisation

The Music and Arts Center for Humanity (MACH) is a not-for-profit
community school of the arts founded in 1978 to enrich the
lives of children and adults, including special needs students,
the economically disadvantaged and those artistically gifted,
through arts education programs and services. Programs are
offered at MACH headquarters at the Bridgeport Trade and Technology
Center, as well as at various Public Schools in Bridgeport.
MACH offers a variety different programs in music, dance, visual
arts, theater, creative writing, design, and media arts. Over
2,000 children, youth, and adults will be served this coming
year through diverse programming including MACH/AileyCamp®,
MACH/Music School, MACH/Camp, Saturday Arts Academy,
Neighborhood Studios, and an additional 5000 through
performances, exhibitions and recitals.
