Program applications are available for printing below. To register simply print the appropriate forms,
fill them out, and send them with a $25 registration fee and any other appropriate fees to: Program Director, Neighborhood Studios, 510 Barnum Ave. 3rd Floor, Bridgeport, CT 06608.
